It's always hit or miss when you hike into the canyon! Some days you see bighorn sheep and other days, not one to be found! In spring, one can find females with babies more often than not. But, during the rut, there is palitable excitement just around the corner! The boys are extremely excited and chasing the girls! Last year's batch of babies are also wandering around with their moms!
Barbara has been exposed to art and creativity, her entire life! Her mother was an oil painter and her grandfather, not only an MD, but a talented artist as well. At the age of 16, Barbara found her creative passion looking through the lens of a Canon camera. She has be a photographer from that point on, finding subject matter from the gritty streets of Manhattan, to the alpine environment of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. She feels most at home now, among big horned sheep, moose and mountains of Colorado!
