Piece description from the artist
Cool rock formations and fallen large boulders make the perfect spot for a waterfall along the Kanarra Falls hiking trail in Kanarraville, Utah, United States. This unique cascade flows sideways over massive orange rocks that are slanted. Framed by glowing canyon lit by the afternoon sun, the scene radiates warm golden tones against the cold, clear spring-fed water. Captured during a hike through the frigid 36-degree Kanarra Falls creek, this photograph I captured shows the raw beauty and adventure of this 4-mile roundtrip trek. Nestled within Spring Creek Canyon, Kanarra Falls trail offers an unforgettable mix of vibrant colors, textured rock formations, and the refreshing energy of southern Utah’s slot canyons.
