The remains of a tree log rests on the desert landscape with buttes and mesa mountain rock formations in the background. I captured this photography of the Utah wilderness in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Lake Powell, Utah, United States. You can see some green vegetation in the valley area which pops against the orange desert rock landscape. The red rock formations tower over the landscape as the sun casts shadows on them. This isn't too far from Hite Overlook area.
