Urban Shapes is a series of modern city prints that explore the character of iconic skylines through bold geometry and refined color palettes. Inspired by architecture and travel, each artwork distills the essence of a city into simple shapes and contemporary graphic compositions.
I am an Art Teacher and Digital Illustrator from Porto | Portugal. I've studied Graphic Arts and got an Art Teaching Degree at 22.
My illustrations are the reflection of my everyday living, with a childlike view through art and its potential, and my passion for geometry and vibrant colors!
I‘m also inspired by the countries I visit, my students, established artists whose work I deeply respect and even something as mundane as an interesting piece of fabric. I’m attracted to all that is colorful and maybe that is the ultimate driver behind my work.
