Tugboat in port

Tugboat in Port

Piece description from the artist

From teenage summer nights to my wedding day, to playing in the harbor with my husband and children, the town of Port Washington, Wisconsin has been a character as much a setting in my life story. Docked in front of the old Smith Brother's Fish Shanty is the Oliver Smith, a commercial fishing boat built in 1944. The creak of the metal tug in the water is a gentle soundtrack for the generations-old fisher folk who take to the pier every morning.
