Next painting in my series of works dedicated to the cities of the world. A special feature of the series is the combination of bright colors and bold dark tones. In addition, all the paintings in this series are made using a special modern technique. One thing remained unchanged – I used natural oil and canvas.
This canvas depicts Tokyo at night and its lights. Let's call it neon Tokyo. The painting is made in accordance with the modern art style. The canvas is filled with my emotions and impressions.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
