A timeless New York, awash in bold shades of indigo and fiery colours, where tradition and progress go hand in hand. The majestic Chrysler Building and the ever-fluttering American flag symbolise a city that never gives up – unchanged in its spirit despite changing eras and rulers. No matter how much the world changes, freedom remains the main rhythm of New York. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
