Piece description from the artist
Huzzah Creek surges over the rocky dam just below Dillard Mill in Davisville, Missouri, USA, creating a captivating blend of motion and light. Sunlit water splashes and shimmers as it spills over the rugged ledge, revealing both the strength and elegance of the flowing creek. In the distance, a field and autumn foliage glows with warm shades of gold, yellow, and orange, softly framing the scene.
Weathered rock formations along the edge add texture and contrast to the rushing water, grounding the composition in the raw character of the landscape. Set within the Mark Twain National Forest in the heart of the Ozarks, this moment captures the peaceful yet powerful essence of Missouri’s fall season at its finest.
