Piece description from the artist
This photograph was taken from underneath the majestic bridge at Fort Point, looking through at the deceivingly distant south tower, a distance of more than 1,000 feet away. This piece highlights the classic lines and ingenious architecture featured in this legendary San Francisco landmark.

Danny Anderson has no formal training in photography, but he makes up for what he lacks in training with a unique perception of the world around him.
From the beginning, Danny's approach was simple; when he photographs a location, Danny attempts to capture not just what it looks like, but what it feels like to be there. In doing so, contrasts, composition, dynamics and drama have become an integral part of his process and consideration while making artwork. Danny is always searching for everyday beauty so he can allow the day-to-day imagery to distract and inspire him. Danny refers to this process as "natural distraction."
Danny currently lives and works in Brentwood, California.
