This piece is part of a series of pond leaf photographs. The blue segments of leaf in the center resemble a couple kissing, enough so, at least to my mind, to elevate the photograph to an exhibitable one.
I have been out shooting or working on photographs in one form or another just about every day since I first picked up an SLR camera twenty years ago. I soon discovered that the extraordinary is just as likely to sit quietly next to me as it is to parade by.
