As a photographer who specializes in “Up Close and Personal” images, especially flowers, I literally take thousands of photos searching for that ‘one’ that captures something so special that it’s timeless. This time the planets aligned and I was blessed with a once in a lifetime shot! It is as if a golden trumpet was posed to play center stage, accompanied by the rest of the orchestra awaiting their cue.
David Gibides is a professional fine art photographer who brings people hope. With over 15,000 hours in the field and studio, he transports people to a place of love, joy, peace, and hope – pixel by pixel. He shares God’s creation Up Close and Personal. Mostly self-taught, David has perfected the use of composition, light, and color, with shallow depth of field, which brings his audience closer to the Creator, into His world. The exquisite beauty and detail revealed are something they might never have experienced otherwise. Presenting the photos in an oversized format as he does, one can’t help but stop and be awestruck at what they see before them. They are images that touch the soul.
