Piece description from the artist
Against a vibrant daytime Montana sky, the iconic vintage neon sign of the Bison Bar in Miles City stands as a proud emblem of eastern Montana history. I first noticed the eye-catching silhouette of the sign, and its weathered dark tones, and I wanted to capture the playful charm and enduring character of classic roadside Americana. This piece celebrates the nostalgic typography and mid-century design of small-town landmarks that continue to define the welcoming spirit of the rural West.
