While travelling through Switzerland and Italy, these beautiful white swans were everywhere from Lucerne to Lugano, to Lake Como. In celebration of their exquisite grace and beauty, I created this painting.
I have included the sketch and intermediate stages while creating the finished painting.
This framed oil-painting measures 10” x 25.75”
Raised in Zimbabwe and transplanted to the United States as a teenager, Roger has learned to straddle different worlds and cultures. His unique artistic style reflects his diverse background and myriad cultural influences.
As I turn around and prepare to leave the party, my paintings are celebrations of the last things I’ve observed.
