A sunset is not just a sunset…each one is a unique and majestic expression of nature. A sunset suggests an end to the day. A day filled with goodness is amplified by the beauty and colors of the sunset. A day that was filled with difficulties and worries can be washed away in a sunset with a promise of a better tomorrow.

Joseph is a self-taught photographer living in San Diego, California. Joseph wants to approach his photography from a place of simplicity and avoid making this enjoyable and creative process overburdened from a technical standpoint. He still continues working to improve his craft all the while though. His photographs are presented in a straightforward way and engage the creative process to produce photographs of familiar subjects in an impressionistic and abstract manner. His simple hope is that his photographic work promotes an interest in art and that it expresses joy and beauty.
