Still Waters Of Antelope Canyon Arizona

The majestic orange and red Navajo sandstone walls of Antelope Canyon reflect beautifully in the calm waters of Lake Powell in Page, Arizona. I captured this vertical photograph from the waterway part of the canyon, where the peaceful morning conditions created nearly perfect reflections that mirrored the dramatic rock formations above.

The farther we traveled into the canyon, the more tranquil the water became. It was one of those unforgettable moments when everything seemed perfectly still, allowing the reflections to remain almost untouched before the slightest breeze or passing boat created ripples across the surface.

This view showcases the narrow, winding canyon carved into the sandstone over time, revealing a perspective that few visitors experience from the water. The combination of cliffs, glass-like reflections, and the quiet beauty of the morning made this one of my favorite moments while exploring the breathtaking scenery of Lake Powell.
