The painting shows the Sagrada Família in Barcelona, the famous basilica designed by Antoni Gaudí. The illuminated towers rise into the night sky, crowned by the star. Vibrant colours and bold strokes highlight the unique architecture and spiritual presence of the monument. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
