Piece description from the artist

Always vigilant, a tiny solitary Seuss-like tree stands alone in a vast never-ending grey. Although isolated, it is not joyless. For it knows its purpose – to add form and shape to the eternal void. And so it abides.

"The soul which has no fixed purpose in life is lost; to be everywhere, is to be nowhere."
—Michel de Montaigne
