Soft Dawn Beneath Russell Fields Pier

Also known as the Panama City Beach City Pier, Russell-Fields Pier is one of two prominent fishing piers along this stretch of the Gulf of Mexico, offering a peaceful perspective of Florida’s scenic coastline.
