Smoking panda

Smoking Panda

Piece description from the artist

First silkscreen print I have ever done. Original Edition no longer available. The piece itself was a commentary on behavioral vice and the lifestyle it dictates, as Panda's eat much bamboo throughout their lives, though they are technically bears and the bamboo does not quite meet their nutritional needs. Yet instead of eating things that would supplement them better, they simply choose to eat more bamboo. At the time the piece was created, I was working on my own vices with smoking cigarettes, thus the smoking panda was born!
