Piece description from the artist
This captivating vertical landscape photograph showcases a narrow canyon view along the chilly spring-fed waters of Spring Creek Canyon on the Kanarra Falls hiking trail in Kanarraville, Utah. Towering canyon walls rise on either side, with a few resilient trees clinging to the rugged rock, adding a touch of greenery to the warm-toned sandstone. The 36 degree cold water winds through the canyon floor, reflecting the textures and colors of the surrounding cliffs. This scenic location is part of a 4-mile roundtrip hike known for its breathtaking waterfalls, slot canyon views, and unforgettable desert beauty. Kanarra Falls is a hidden gem in southern Utah, perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and photographers alike.
