A quiet early morning with a cloudy sky above the sea oats grass covered sand dunes of Destin, Florida, United States. A peak of a wooden silt fence can be seen over the top of the sand dune. The sea oats sway gently, their green stalks catching the first glimmers of light and rustling in the cool, salty breeze rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico. The sand beneath them, still cool and damp from the night, feels good on your feet. The air carries the faint sound of waves lapping against the shore, creating a serene rhythm. A faint glow outlines the horizon, where the Emerald Coast’s waters shimmer in anticipation of the day.

Jennifer White is a professional photographer from the Ozarks in Southwest Missouri, United States.
