Piece description from the artist
A black and white photograph of a beautiful spring season afternoon beside some peaceful flowing waterfalls along Roaring River at Roaring River State Park. Located in the Ozarks in Cassville, Missouri, this is the 20th largest natural spring in the state. Flowing an average of just over 20 million gallons a day, it forms this beautiful river that is stocked with Rainbow Trout. A popular fishing spot for anglers, you can see a fisherman along the riverbank in the distance. The trees reflect on the clear cool water. A large tree along the edge on the left creates the perfect balances with the falls, river and landscape. The long exposure shows the movement of the water creating a sense of calm and peace. A bench on the right offers the perfect spot to sit down and relax.
