Piece description from the artist
The sun sets over a rural Costa Rican landscape. Costa Rica hosts more than 5% of the world’s biodiversity even though its landmass only takes up .03% of the planet's surface.
Raised by a painter, Daniel Blank developed his appreciation for multiple forms of artwork from an early age. The experience instilled in him a love for beautiful imagery, as well as an intense appreciation for travel. He has spent the past 15 years in careers that afforded the opportunity to travel the world and to live in foreign countries, during which he developed and cultivated his photography skills, revealing his own artistic interpretation of both familiar and exotic worldwide sites, cultures, wildlife, and landscapes.
