Print painting angeles national forest california

Angeles National Forest (Dusk), California

Piece description from the artist

From the "Through the Prism" Series: Landscape images mixed with digital color forms are printed so the digital color areas are able to be smeared/painted. On a sheet of cotton rag paper, I spray acrylic medium onto it to allow the ink to sit on the surface. The ink can be manipulated for a while before it dries.

This image was taken in the Angeles National Forest just north of Los Angeles.
