This illustration comes from the phrase "thinking with your heart", I like expressing my emotional side, when I am sad, I'm sad, when I'm happy, I'm happy. I have one idea of who I am and that is considered a privilege but being emotionally sensitive, people think I am vulnerable.
In a previous relationship I dated a narcissist, he was very manipulative and abusive. For a year I was too terrified to leave him, wondering what he might do. He told me to not be overly emotional about things, which made me stop talking about my emotions, I felt weak and tired, which made me vulnerable.
Florence was encouraged from a young age to draw, her parents took her traveling worldwide, and she was asked to capture their trip, she drew landscapes and portraits, that is where she found her passion for art. Florence's works on digital illustrations and environmental photography, she began studying art at 16, in Oxford and later moved on to study at university, in Falmouth.
