Panama City Florida Gulf Pier Reflections

Piece description from the artist

As I stood beside the Russell-Fields Pier in Panama City Beach, Florida, I watched a quiet pool of water form in the soft white sand. The Emerald Coast drifted in gently, creating a small pond that perfectly reflected the pier like a mirror. For a moment, everything felt still, the waves slowed, the breeze softened, and the pier stretched out into the Gulf of Mexico as if pointing toward the horizon. This spot is one of two iconic piers in Panama City Beach, and it captures the peaceful magic of the Florida Panhandle, where the Gulf, sometimes called the Gulf of America, meets the shoreline in the most unforgettable way.
