I captured this at the intersection where U.S. Route 66 begins to circle around Park Central Square, this photograph highlights the timeless atmosphere of Springfield’s historic downtown. Warm streetlights, classic architecture, and the iconic Route 66 setting combine to create a scenic urban view that reflects the rich history and charm of this well-known stop along America’s Mother Road.
