Piece description from the artist
Actually a self portrait outtake while shooting a feature for Bike Magazine in Gallup, New Mexico. In a classic race against the fading sunset light, when for a few moments, the light is at its very best. In those moments it is a mad, exerting, half organized effort to get myself into frame in a pleasing composition. These moments, when the timing of the shot is critical relative to the framework of nature's patterns, are where I thrive. The result hopefully inspires viewers to tune into their own interaction with the natural world.
