Monument Valley Backside Buttes

Piece description from the artist

Buttes and spires from the backside of Monument Valley stand boldly in the desert landscape below some beautiful fluffy clouds The large rock formation is called Brigham's Tomb. The butte in the middle is called King-on-his-Throne and the 3rd one on the right is Stagecoach. I captured this in Mexican Hat, Utah right at the Arizona and Utah border. The orange desert sand and rocks contrast with the blue sky. The tomb rock is named after the first governor of the Utah Territory, Brigham Young. A beautiful classic Utah and Arizona desert landscape.
