I was drawn to the power of the human figure as a sculptural form and reimagined it using a multi-toned palette that balances strength, identity, and movement. The pose suggests motion, yet the face remains still—reflecting the calm focus required to overcome. I chose a painterly, almost traditional acrylic aesthetic to blur the lines between digital and hand-painted, giving it the timeless feel of a fine art canvas. My hope is that viewers feel energized, seen, and reminded that they contain multitudes—and that each color we carry has a role in our becoming.
