In contrast to the soft pastoral colors, I challenged myself to imagine the expression of the full range
of emotions a victim of sexual harassment feels after coming forth with their story.
Jon Post spent the bulk of his career as an illustrator working for many fortune 500 companies. While attending Kendall College, Post took first place in the prestigious Society of Illustrators National Scholarship Competition. He enjoys working in many mediums which comes in handy as he explores the fine art world. Post's baseball series attracted the attention of several celebrities ultimately leading to Academy Award winning director Spike Lee purchasing three of Post's originals. In his most current series of paintings, Post explores abstract fantasy like imagery using bold textures through the use of unconventional tools.
