Magenta 6

Magenta

Piece description from the artist

A bright Magenta Tree with a tale to tell! Bring on the color! Inspired by landscape with a beautiful magenta tree I wrote this poem to share my inspiration:
There is a tree that grew so tall
It stands next to a waterfall
Magenta leaves are painted on
An artist brush worked through the dawn
In the spring leaves bright in hue
Hang below skies painted blue
Then when the winter cold winds blow
Magenta leaves drop in the snow
Without its leaves it has no coat
The ones that dropped on water float
They sail fast and in a rush
To tell the painter “Bring your brush!”
The artist came to paint new leaves
And gave the coat magenta sleeves
