This photograph captures a beautiful Utah scene looking up towards a cool leaning juniper cedar tree standing near the end of the Zion Canyon Overlook Trail. Its twisted trunk stretches out over the orange sandstone rocky terrain. Growing from little more than sand and stone, it’s incredible how these trees even grown. Surrounding it are the iconic red rock cliffs that define Zion National Park, glowing with color as a few clouds drift in the soft blue sky above. Zion National Park is one of the most beloved national parks in the United States, and this trail showcases views like this from start to finish, an unforgettable feast for the eyes.
