Chicago is a city known for its skyscrapers and the John Hancock building is one of its most iconic buildings. Located downtown it is impossible to miss this iconic part of the city's skyline. Of course it has an observation deck which is a must see when visiting the city.
Richard Silver (USA) is New York born and bred but to him, home is where his camera is, he has visited 109 countries in his life. He loves iconic architecture, whether it’s ancient or modern, and is always focused on documenting beautiful structures in each new city he visits.
Richard loves using techniques such as tilt shift, vertical panoramas and time slice to present our everyday world in an altered visual context.
His work has been exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, including the The Skyscraper Museum in New York, Gestaltung Museum in Switzerland and the PhEST Photo Festival in Italy.
