Jetty View Toward Destin Bridges

I captured this photograph while standing on a rock jetty at Snorkel Beach in Destin, Florida, looking toward the Destin Bridge and William T. Marler Bridge. As the sun dropped lower toward the horizon, warm golden tones began to fill the sky and shimmer across the water, creating a beautiful evening glow.

This stretch of water is known as East Pass, a natural waterway connecting Destin Harbor with the Gulf of Mexico. The rocky jetty creates a strong leading line through the composition, drawing your eye toward the bridges and the glowing horizon beyond.

Located along Florida's Emerald Coast, Destin is known for its beautiful white-sand beaches and emerald-green waters. I loved capturing this quieter perspective of the coastline, where the rugged rocks, calm water, and warm evening light came together to create a peaceful end-of-day scene.
