This was one of my first pictures ever taken as a professional photographer. I happened to be traveling home from New Hampshire one early morning and saw this sight while driving through Meredith. The illusion of the pier jutting of into nothingness, along with the perspective and lines the photograph offer, made it one of my most sought after and purchased.
Gregorio was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and its from there that he attributes a lot of his passion for geometrical- and architectural-based photography. From humble beginnings with nothing more than a pin-hole camera made from a cardboard box, Gregorio has continued to push the boundaries of his black and white photography. His most recent works have centered around trains and nautical work, both of which were shown in galleries on Newbury Street in Boston, MA.
