This photo has been turned into a digital art piece, also called mixed media. Hot Springs is a city in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas. It’s known for naturally heated springs. The center of Hot Springs is the oldest federal reserve in the United States, today preserved as Hot Springs National Park.
