Hot Shot was selected by jury to the 'Pastel Society of the West Coast's' 34th Annual International show, "Pastels USA/ Interational Open Exhibition" *

Very often, getting a painting from initial concept to a finished piece is like birthing an elephant through your nostril. But, once in awhile, a painting just flows out easily without a fight. "Hot Shot" was one of those that just flowed and made for a very enjoyable painting experience, from the beginning to the very end.
