This painting is professionally framed in a 2" warm silver frame with conservation glass and backing
I have a “paint every day” philosophy and I try to get a minimum of an hour at the easel on a daily basis. I can certainly have really frustrating and ‘bad painting’ days but there’s nowhere I’d rather be than in front of my easel. It’s my own personal happy hour. I love all the colors in this painting. Look closely for the many different values of greens, purples and blues.
