A beautiful sunset at the edge of the horizon over the calm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico (some also call it Gulf Of America). Beautiful clouds start to turn purple as the warm golden light glows in the sky behind them. I captured this from the end of the Russell-Fields Pier, also known as Panama City Beach City Pier in Panama City Beach, Florida, United States Ths sun was setting down behind a few clouds along the seas and there was a hint of haze in the sky.. The ripples of the waves show. This area is also known as the Emerald Coast in the panhandle area of the state.
