There's something about finding an old building with a refurbished neon sign that depicts an important part of the history of a city. Such is the Gold Medal Flour building located in the Mill District on the banks of the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, MN. Photographed and then created using computer techniques to create this watercolor painted effect of the finished art piece.
Lisa Drew is a photo artist in Minnesota Minnesota. Her work has been featured in several gallery shows including the Robbin Gallery, Frank Stone Gallery in Minneapolis, the prestigious Minnesota State Fair Fine Arts exhibit, and the Minneapolis Convention Center.
