Geisel Library is the main library building of the University of California, San Diego. It is named in honor of Audrey and Theodor Seuss Geisel. Theodor is better known as the children's author Dr. Seuss. The building is also known as Central Library and has become the most recognizable building on campus. (SN 20110828_01_0667)

Jeff Kauffman is an editorial and art photographer working in Austin, TX. After earning a degree in computer science from Penn State University, Jeff moved to Washington DC, and later to Austin, to build a career in software technology consulting. His interest in photography began in the 1980s at Washington School of Photography and continued with Santa Fe Photographic Workshops.

Jeff ‘s photography shows an interpretive view of his subjects, presenting lines, structure, character, and sometimes weirdness, in compelling compositions. His work has appeared world-wide in publications, art festivals, and commercial venues.
