The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park in the Central Region of Singapore. Inside the park there are the so-called Supertrees, 18 tree-like structures that dominate the Gardens' landscape. These are vertical gardens that perform a multitude of functions, which include planting, shading and working as environmental engines for the gardens.
This shot is a detail of 2 of these Supertrees with the curvy bridge connecting them.
Sergio Capuzzimati is an Italian architect and photographer based in Hong Kong.
His architecture background strongly influenced his photography work: through his lenses, he is constantly exploring the infinite scenarios that a city like Hong Kong is able to offer, digging out its soul and its archetypal elements with the use of bold colors and double exposure.
