Living alone is not always easy, especially when it comes to grocery shopping and cooking single meal. For example, I always forget the potatoes in my fridge so they end up sprouting.

About Irene Chung

Boston, MA

Irene Chung is an illustrator based between Boston and Providence. Under the influence of her parents, she practices arts at a young age and loves to explore various art materials, including charcoal, calligraphy, painting, and illustration. In the past, she had exhibitions at San Francisco Art Institute (2016) and Weitzman School of Design at University of Pennsylvania. (2018). With an observant personality, Irene is inspired by daily conversation, life encounters, humanity, and personal experiences. Her art is thoughtful but casual, busy but peaceful. is currently pursuing her MFA Illustration degree in Rhode Island School of Design. She also works on commissions and freelance in her spare time.
