A waterfall flows cascades over a rock wall along Dogwood Creek in Lampe, Missouri, United States on a beautiful fall season afternoon. The trees were just starting to turn and the sunlight was making them glow. Fallen leaves cover the ground along the riverbank. I captured this vertical nature scene at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park just southwest of Branson in the heart of the Ozarks. The emerald colored water is calming and peaceful, almost blending in with the yellow green colors of the foliage. Serene and beautiful.
