Piece description from the artist
Some fishermen wade into the clear, spring-fed waters of Bennett Spring State Park near Lebanon, Missouri, casting their lines as they fly fish for trout. This scenic spot in the Ozarks is famous for its vibrant fall foliage, with colorful trees reflecting along the riverbank on this crisp autumn afternoon. The natural clear water spring here is one of the largest in Missouri, flowing at an impressive rate of around 100 million gallons of water every day, all of which feeds the river pictured. Established as one of the state’s earliest parks, Bennett Spring has long been a beloved destination for anglers and nature enthusiasts alike.
