First Daffodils of Spring

Piece description from the artist

This painting is inspired by my love of daffodils. They're the first flowers that I see poke up out of the Earth as soon as the first warm day hits (even if it snows the next day). They're soft yellow petals bring so much color and joy after a winter that brings brown dead grass, and empty trees. This piece is also inspired by my journey to explore color, bringing different colors together to create something unique and beautiful
