Finding the flow

Finding the Flow

Piece description from the artist

Our ecology is in a state of crisis, and humanity must unite and change our practices to prevent a catastrophic rebound from the earth, whose scales we are close to tipping past a point of no return. But to make this a reality, it also must work for our economy, and it can – we can create a thriving economy through practices that protect both nature and people. Everyone one of us must take action this moment, demand our government’s participation in this sweeping change, if we are to continue enjoying this planet that we call our home. The earth does not belong to us – we belong to it.

This painting represents the harmony of three things: Nature (the rose petals), Humanity (the woman), and Economy (the gears / steampunk texture). In order to save the earth from ourselves, these three things must work together.

I support the Green New Deal. Nature, Humanity, Economy.

This is an original oil figure painting by fine artist Christopher Clark. Oil paint on wood panel.

About Christopher Clark

Denver, CO

Christopher Clark specializes in oil paintings of many subjects: romance, dancing, music, Italy, animals, and cityscapes. His impressionist style is compelled by bold brushwork, brilliant colors, and a luminous sense of light.

Christopher Clark has studied art his entire life, ever since he was a boy watching Bob Ross painting shows on TV (that wacky guy with the afro painting "happy little trees"). His art studies and travels have taken him all over the world in pursuit of culture, art knowledge, and painting subjects.

Christopher's favorite subject to paint is light itself, meaning anything becomes a beautiful subject if the light is stunning. Christopher's paintings are collected all over the world, and he is available for commissions of all kinds.
