Piece description from the artist
I'm always looking at my environment for inspiration and use my camera to capture scenes that I might later be able to turn into dramatic artworks. One day, I had to park my car on an upper floor of a parking deck and had to take the stairs down, when I saw a hard shadow of the bannister created by sunlight on the wall. Doctoring the photo by changing the contrasts and playing with the colors led two this dramatic and haunting composition.
