Since 1987 Scott Nelson has been a full time frelance humorous illustrator working in the greeting card and children's book markets. His work has been featured by everyone from Golden Books for Children to Hallmark Greeting Cards.

In the mid 2000's Scott started spending more and more of his free time plein air painting in either watercolor and acrylic paints. From the local inspirations around his cental MA community to the shores of ME, Scott is often found roadside painting a scenic spot overlooked by a passerby. This keen eye has recently lead to his watercolors receiving 1st place awards in some prestigious art shows.

Scott continues to expand his art studio offerings and has no plans of slowing down.
